Just when you think the vermin in Washington D.C. can’t get any more obscene. When are the American people going to wake the fuck up and demand change at any cost. I’m not talking about Obama’s ’spare change you can believe in’. I’m talking about turning the system on it’s head and taking back power from the leeches and deviants that have taken over our government.

ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: For those concerned about stimulus spending, the General Services Administration sends word tonight that $18 million in additional funds are being spent to redesign the Recovery.gov Web site.

The new Web site promises to give taxpayers more information about where their money is going than the current version of the site.

“Recovery.gov 2.0 will use innovative and interactive technologies to help taxpayers see where their dollars are being spent,” James A. Williams, commissioner of GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service, says in a press release announcing the contract awarded to Maryland-based Smartronix Inc. “Armed with easy access to this information, taxpayers can make government more accountable for its decisions.”

The contract calls for spending $9.5 million through January, and as much as $18 million through 2014, according to the GSA press release.

“We are pleased that another major milestone has been achieved,” Earl E. Devaney, chairman of the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, says in the press release. “We thank the GSA for its assistance and look forward to working with Smartronix.”

UPDATE: The RNC has released a new web ad mocking the Obama administration’s decision to allocate additional funds to the redesign of the Recovery.gov Web site.

I am neither extreme left or extreme right. I find myself somewhere to the right on certain issues and somewhere to the left on others. Once in a while I find myself in the center. When this happens it is nice because I can glance to the left or to the right and chuckle to myself.

The extreme left and right principles which infest our societies these days are not only silly but dangerous. Both sides foster & breed deep intolerance of opposing views and a level of intellectual arrogance which does more harm than good. While freedom of speech should be a cornerstone right for all people, we all have a responsibility as citizens of the human race to stand up and counter balance these extreme views being thust upon us. Hiding behind many of these views are the biggest social, fiscal & environmental hypocrites amongst us.

Now ask yourself. Why have we let this happen…? Why do we tolerate being fed this verbal bs day in and day out? Have people become so complacent and busy with their lives that they just don’t care anymore? Or is it just apathy and laziness which has allowed the bullies of our societies to take over and force feed those who just sit mouths open ready to swallow anything thrown in their direction.
